A new Virtual Development Centre will be built on the premises of Škoda Auto’s Česana facility.

Our design department has begun working on a new Virtual Development Centre project for Škoda Auto a.s.

The new Virtual Development Centre will be approximately 12,000 m2 and rise up to 5 stories. The building is designed as a compact block focusing on user functions for the development and optimisation of working processes in vehicle development. A minimalist, timeless design has been chosen for the new building, which reflects the functionality of the facility.

RUBY Project Management's task will be to build on Architects RA15's original study and continue through the stages of the various project documentations, such as planning permission, building permit, detailed design, supervision, and as built documentation. At the same time, it is necessary to create documentation for the demolition of several existing buildings that are now redundant.
