RUBY Project Management has successfully processed and applied for the BREEAM In-use certification for Šantovka Gallery shopping centre to the level of Very Good standing. The BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) certificate is one of the most respected rating systems in the field of building sustainability. It assesses a wide range of aspects including energy efficiency, water use, waste management, occupant health and wellbeing and many other factors. Achieving Very Good certification is a challenging task that requires careful planning, implementation and monitoring of sustainable measures. The shopping centre has demonstrated that it is built and operated with both environmental and economic considerations in mind.
