Bořislavka Centrum, one of the largest multifunctional complex in the Czech Republic, opened to the public at the beginning of June.
It is the largest KKCG Real Estate project to date and offers Class A offices, breathtaking views of Prague and generous roof terraces on the top floors.
The shopping gallery located next to Bořislavka metro station provides a range of services and shops missing in this lucrative location.
The project delivered through the Construction Management method, with over 60 contractors managed by the RUBY Project Management team, took almost 3 years.
