Domeq 2 and 3, newly built residential buildings within the Domeq complex in the Ponávka Brno area, developed by CTP, are the first in Brno to have received the prestigious WELL Platinum certification for a residential building.
WELL certification is one of the 3 most prestigious, globally recognized certification systems that focuses on assessing the quality of the indoor environment of buildings. Its main objective is to ensure that the environment in which people spend most of their time promotes their health and well-being. To achieve WELL Platinum certification, a building must meet a series of stringent criteria in the areas of air, water, light, movement, thermal and acoustic comfort, materials, mind and community.

Domeq combines elements of hotel and residential living. It is the first building concept in the Czech Republic where space focusses on the idea of shared modern living and comfort for professionals. Tenants can meet while working, relaxing over a cup of coffee, cooking, gardening or playing sports. Just steps away from Domeq is a multi-purpose court offering the opportunity to play basketball, volleyball, soccer and tennis, along with cozy nooks with hammocks, two fire pits and a ping-pong table. A former shipping container has been transformed into an outdoor mini cinema and located adjacent to the entrance. With your own laptop you can immerse yourself in outdoor projection.
The project also features libraries, community space, a bike maintenance tool room, a nursing room for employee mothers and their infants, and building users are regularly informed about the current water and air quality within the buildings.
