In cooperation with our client Penta Real Estate, we tested the use of a mobile laserscan on the Nuselsky pivovar residential project to acquire point clouds in real conditions on site (low temperatures, dark spaces, rugged floor plan, support structures, etc.)
We verified the speed of data acquisition and the ease of handling the device. The output from the laserscan serves as an important basis for the implementation audit that we provide to our clients as part of the "BIM Project Manager" service.
We thank the client for allowing us to test new options for capturing data from the realization for easier access to the data and its subsequent evaluation. Of particular interest to the client was the use of point clouds in internal quality control processes for completed structures.
