The Myslivna Hotel, whose history dates back to the pre-war period, is about to undergo a major transformation. This recreational building has been previously a popular place for Brno citizens.
Now, the owners intend to maintain this tradition and develop it further. The modern Nová Myslivna project will be built to allow for a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.
In addition to premium housing, the plan includes a rooftop scenic restaurant, a separate reception, a wellness area with direct access to the outdoor relaxation zone, fitness facilities, playrooms for children and underground parking. The minds behind this concept are the Brno based architectural studio KYZLINK ARCHITECTS.
The demolition of Hotel Myslivna hotel structure, which is in very poor condition, is currently underway. Ruby is providing Procurement, Project Management, Cost Management and HSE Coordinator services on the project. We are pleased to be part of a project that combines history with a modern twenty-first century building that is sensitively integrated into the surrounding landscape. The site will remain open to the public after completion.
