Our team at RUBY has successfully completed 400 apartments for the vast residential project Nuselský pivovar, located just a few minutes from Prague city centre, on the border of Vinohrady and Nusle. We managed the works utilizing the Construction Management system, which allows us to efficiently coordinate work and communication between more than 50 contractors, which save on costs and allows maximum control over the project.
Currently, intensive finishing works are being carried out on all apartments, common areas and exteriors, involving over 400 workers.
The modern construction works at Nuselský pivovar offer various types of apartments from small suites, family units through luxury penthouses. All apartments have a balcony or terrace or for ground level, a front garden. The houses are connected via courtyards, which are full of greenery and relaxation zones.
