We have successfully achieved occupational certification (Kolaudation) for the A1 office building for the Rohan City project

Our team managing the construction of the state-of-the-art Rohan City office building has achieved a significant milestone. It has successfully passed the building approval inspection to gain occupational certification including the Fit out for large scale developer Sekyra Group. The team headed by Jiří Koudelka has provided Construction Manager services which is composed of managing and coordinating the entire construction works without the involvement of the general contractor, which translate into much lower costs for construction works and full control of the overall project. The overall Rohan City development, including the A1 office building, represents a significant step in the transformation of former brownfield areas of Prague into modern and vibrant urban districts.
