Administrativní budova s kancelářemi kategorie „A“ s 10 nadzemními a 3 podzemními podlažími, která se nachází u stanice metra Nové Butovice na Praze 5. Podzemní parkoviště poskytuje 258 parkovacích stání, včetně míst s dobíjecími stanicemi pro elektromobily.

Budova nabízí moderní architektonické řešení s vysokým technickým standardem. Zajímavými prvky jsou například panoramatické výtahy, dlažba z přírodního kamene ve všech společných prostorách budovy nebo architektonické zastřešení světlíku. K vnějším krajinářským prvkům patří zelená střecha a části fasády.

Společnost RUBY na projektu zajišťovala služby Construction Management vč. Cost Managementu a řídila více než 15 specializovaných dodavatelů. Současně poskytovala i poradenství pro LEED a BREEAM. Šlo o první kancelářskou budovou v České republice, která získala duální certifikaci zelených budov.

Projekt získal ocenění "Nejbezpečnější stavba roku 2017" v České republice.​

Projekt výstavby budovy byl úspěšně dokončen v roce 2017, od té doby tým RUBY stále koordinuje a řídí fit-outy nájemců budovy. Jde o dlouhodobou spolupráci, která potvrzuje spokojenost klienta s naší realizací.

The building offers a modern architectural design with high technical standards. Interesting features include panoramic elevators, natural stone paving in all common areas of the building and an architectural skylight roof. External landscape features include a green roof and parts of the façade.

RUBY provided Construction Management services on the project incl. Cost Management and managed more than 15 specialised contractors. At the same time, it also provided consultancy for LEED and BREEAM. It was the first office building in the Czech Republic to achieve this dual green building certification.

The project was awarded the "Safest Building of the Year 2017" in the Czech Republic.

The building project was successfully completed in 2017, and since then the RUBY team has been coordinating and managing the fit-outs of the building's tenants. This is a long-term cooperation, which confirms the client's satisfaction with our realization.
