Jeden z největších obchodně-administrativních komplexů v České republice, složený ze 4 kancelářských budov ve tvaru nepravidelných skleněných krystalů. Objekt nabízí kancelářské plochy, maloobchodní prostory včetně kaváren a restaurací a je napojen na vestibul stanice metra Bořislavka.

Budova využívá inovativní technologie, jako například rekuperaci vzduchu či energie z výtahů, inteligentně řízené osvětlení, zelené střechy, využití dešťové vody, elektrické nabíjecí stanice. Celý komplex získal certifikát zelených budov LEED Gold.

Společnost RUBY na projektu zajišťovala službu Construction Management vč. Cost Managementu a řídila více než 70 dodavatelů. Současně poskytovala i poradenství pro certifikaci LEED.

Projekt získal prestižní cenu "Stavba roku 2022" udělovanou Nadací pro rozvoj architektury a stavitelství.

One of the largest commercial and administrative complexes in the Czech Republic, consisting of 4 office buildings in the shape of irregular glass crystals. The building offers office space, retail space including cafes and restaurants and is connected to the vestibule of Bořislavka metro station.

The building uses innovative technologies such as air or energy recovery from elevators, intelligently controlled lighting, green roofs, rainwater harvesting, and electric charging stations. The entire complex has received the LEED Gold green building certification.

RUBY provided Construction Management services on the project incl. Cost Management and managed more than 70 contractors. At the same time, RUBY provided consulting services for LEED certification.

The project won the prestigious "Building of the Year 2022" award from the Czech Architecture and Construction Development Foundation.
