Mississippi House & Missouri Park

Dvě prémiové kancelářské budovy v areálu River City Prague v oblasti Rohanského nábřeží v Karlíně, navržené jako dvojčata. Poskytují více než 20 000 m² pronajímatelných ploch, disponují 8 nadzemními a 2 podzemními podlažími určenými pro parkování s kapacitou 230 stání.

Jde o vysoce energeticky účinné budovy s inovativními prvky „smart building“. Mají zcela bezdotykový přístup, inteligentní ovládání vnitřního klimatu s monitorováním hladiny oxidu uhličitého, inteligentní LED osvětlení s dynamickým ovládáním teploty barev a intenzity světla. Využívají geotermální energii jako primárního zdroje pro vytápění a chlazení, pokročilou recyklaci odpadu a šetrné nakládání s dešťovou vodou.

Ve spolupráci s našimi specialisty nyní obě budovy procházejí certifikacemi LEED a WELL.

Two premium office buildings in the River City Prague complex in the Rohan embankment area in Karlín, designed as twins. They provide more than 20,000 sqm of lettable space, have 8 above-ground and 2 underground floors dedicated to parking with a capacity of 230 parking spaces.

They are highly energy efficient buildings with innovative "smart building" features. They have completely touchless access, intelligent indoor climate control with carbon dioxide level monitoring, intelligent LED lighting with dynamic control of colour temperature and light intensity. They utilize geothermal energy as the primary source for heating and cooling, advanced waste recycling, and conservation of rainwater.

Working with RUBY specialists, both buildings will soon achieve LEED and WELL certification.
