Organica

Organica má tvar čtyřlisté vrtule otáčející se kolem kruhového atria. Vznikla na ploše bývalé koksovny Karolina mezi Trojhalím a obchodním centrem Forum Nová Karolina.  

Poskytuje přes 25 tisíc metrů čtverečních kancelářských a obchodních ploch a slouží jako moderní pracoviště pro 2,5 tisíce lidí. V přízemí se nachází atrium se zelení, kavárna, fitness centrum, kantýna a další retailové jednotky. Budova je plná nejmodernějších technologií. Vnitřní řešení, ať už se jedná o vytápění, větrání, ale i komfort, jsou v duchu Smart řešení. 

Společnost RUBY na projektu zajišťovala službu Construction Managementu.

Organica has a unique shape in the form of a four-bladed propeller surrounding a circular atrium. It was created on the site of the former Karolina coking plant between Trojhalí and the Forum Nová Karolina shopping centre.

The building provides over 25,000 sqm of office and retail space to serve as a modern workplace for up to 2,500 people. The ground floor is comprised of an atrium with greenery, a café, fitness centre, canteen and other retail units. This futuristic concept is backed up with the most modern building technologies; all interior systems such as heating, cooling, ventilation and ergonomics use Smart technologies and designs.
