Společnost RUBY Project Management projektovala komplexní rekonstrukci administrativní budovy tzv. „Bonbonu“, která je součástí rozsáhlejšího objektu Terminálu 1, původní odbavovací budovy Letiště Praha v Ruzyni. Ta dnes plní především funkci příletové haly pro lety z destinací non-Schengen. Dokumentace pro provádění stavby je kompletně zpracovávána metodou BIM.

Rekonstrukce administrativní budovy s užitnou plochou cca 5 600 m² zahrnuje kompletní výměnu obvodového a střešního pláště, změnu dispozičního uspořádání administrativní části včetně řešení interiérů dvou podzemních a šesti nadzemních podlaží a vstupních prostor recepce, výměnu veškerých vnitřních instalací technického a technologického zařízení.

RUBY Project Management had designed a comprehensive reconstruction of the "Bonbon" administrative building, which is part of the larger Terminal 1 building, the original check-in building of Prague Airport in Ruzyně. Today, it mainly serves as an arrival hall for flights from non-Schengen destinations. The documentation for the construction is being completely processed using the BIM method.

The reconstruction of the administration building with a usable area of approx. 5,600 sqm includes the complete replacement of the envelope and roof cladding, a change in the layout of the administration area, including the interior design of two underground and six above-ground floors and the reception, with the replacement of all internal installations of technical and technological equipment.
