Moderní administrativní budova třídy AAA ve vysokém standardu použitých materiálů a kvality zpracování poskytuje 10 090 m² pronajímatelných kancelářských ploch s výjimečným výhledem na Prahu. Má 10 nadzemních podlaží a 2 podzemní, které poskytují 91 parkovacích míst.

RUBY tým zde poskytoval služby Construction Managera, tedy řídil 48 specializovaných dodavatelů a koordinoval celou výstavbu bez účasti generálního dodavatele.

„Stísněná logistika stavby a zajištění stavební jámy se záporovou výškou až 16 metrů byly hlavní výzvy projektu,“ uvedl Josef Pavlíček, Project Manager z RUBY Project Management.

Budova je držitelem certifikátu LEED Gold.

The modern AAA class office building with high standard of materials and quality workmanship provides 10 090 m2 of leasable office space with an exceptional view of Prague. It has 10 floors above ground and 2 underground with 91 parking spaces.

RUBY team provided Construction Management services, i.e. managed 48 specialized contractors and coordinated the entire construction without the involvement of the general contractor.

"The tight construction logistics and securing a construction pit with a barrier height of up to 16 metres were the main challenges of the project," said Josef Pavlicek, Project Manager at RUBY Project Management.

The building is LEED Gold certified.
