ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING

We offer comprehensive architectural, design and engineering services.
We work in 3D using the BIM (Building Information Model) method when preparing project documentation, so the client can view what their future building will look like at an early stage of the project.

BIM MANAGEMENT

Based on our experience and best practices, we will suggest the most appropriate deployment of the BIM method on projects, not only in terms of data, but also in terms of systems and processes.

EPCM

Internationally recognized process of managing the preparatory and execution phase of construction for a project (complete design work, tendering, coordination and construction management). The advantage for the client is that they work with only one contact and follows through all works from concept to handover.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

We implement a specific method of building management, where the general contractor is replaced by a team of our experts who take responsibility for concluding contracts with individual subcontractors in the form of individual contract packages. CM represents almost 70% of our business volume.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management is the traditional model for managing construction projects delivered by a general contractor. We advocate for you as the client to ensure the project runs smoothly, within the required time, cost and quality.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

On behalf of the investor, we offer comprehensive activities related to the development of a real estate investment project from A to Z; meaning, from idea through realisation ending in operation.
The aim is to evaluate your investment project throughout the entire life cycle of the development of the project.
